I want to do so much while in Japan, so here is a short list of a few of them.
I want to.....
And now the not so fun part, how will all of this happen?... I'm hoping luck will play a big role in this actually. In all seriousness I need to find more scholarships to finance my year abroad and traveling expenses. I also need to practice conversational Japanese more, I mean whats the point of being in Japan if I am too scared/embarrassed to speak to anyone!
I know I have a lot of work ahead of me but I think Japan will be worth it.
I want to.....
- Witness first hand the countries unique culture.
- Travel as much as humanly possible
- Hopefully make some long lasting friendships.
- Visit festivals and try all of the different foods.
- I want to get ridiculously lost and then feel obnoxiously proud when I finally find my way (that or make friends with nice old ladies who will tell me the way).
- I want to visit places that aren't tourist traps but are just as beautiful.
- I want to take an alarming amount of photos and videos.
- Feed some crazy deer and not get bitten (all the way)
- Visit the Rabbit Island (I NEED to do this)
- Climb Mt. Fuji (more photos!)
- Try a bunch of green tea flavored stuff!
